Ensomble events are intimate affairs with fewer attendees and more sound.

The choice of venue is very important as it is all part of the experience. If you are comfortable and feel safe, you will be able to surrender deeper into the sound and have a more profound connection. Most events take place in Crouch End, London, creating unique environments for every gathering.

Over the course of five Mondays, we will delve inwards, finding what needs to be released in order to make room for the new. Centering around the Autumn Equinox, each Monday we will use a variety of methods to identify what it is that no longer serves us, recognise the lessons learnt, grieve, let go and then choose what to receive to take us into the final quarter of the year. 

Astrologically, Virgo season is a great time to bring order into our lives, set up new routines and declutter - physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. Starting with the Pisces Full Moon and lunar eclipse, these five sessions will also coincide with the Autumn Equinox, Virgo New Moon and solar eclipse, and culminate on the Full Moon in Aries. It is such a powerful time to be doing this kind of work!

    The Monday sessions will include a selcetion of:

    • Sound meditations using gongs, Himalayan singing bowls, crystal  bowls, etc.

    • Life Alignment healing techniques

    • Shamanic journeying with rattles/drums

    • Breathwork techniques

    • Smoke smudging, eg Palo Santo, Sage, Copal etc.

    • Healing teas, eg. Blue Lotus, mugwort etc.

    • Fire ceremony

    • Oracle cards

    • Sessions will be partly guided and structured by the group's needs

    • You are ready to do go within, release and let go

    • You are committed to the process

    • You are comfortable with group work, sharing and being vulnerable

    • You are a good listener

    • You have an open mind

    • You can commit to attending all five sessions

As I will be using Life Alignment practices during the sessions, I will need to obtain permission to work with you on an energetic level from your higher self. This will take place in the initial call and ensures that a safe place is held for all. Please note that places are limited.
